Welcome to VK JOTA-JOTI

VKJOTAJOTI has been rebuilt from scratch in 2025 to provide the simplest interactions possible to support your JOTA-JOTI to be the best it can be. Thanks for your patience these past few months during our reconstruction.

Many of the features of the previous VK JOTA JOTI site have been reviewed and adjusted to make site registration simpler and more convenient for everyone. This site is used to facilitate connections between JOTA-JOTI stations across Australia and the wider Scouting communities. As a home for all JOTA-JOTI activities, we ask that you register your JOTA-JOTI activity with us to tell us what your exciting plans are, and to get real-time support to make successful contacts on the Air and Online.

There are 3 main functions of this site:

1. Australian JOTA-JOTI activity sites can register their participation and make themselves known to the rest of the JOTA-JOTI community. This includes details of your event, what you'll be focused on, and advise the best way for people can contact you to arrange a contact.
2. Amateur Radio and Internet operators can sign up and create activity sites. Users can post to the site when they are actively seeking contacts by providing their frequency/channel/application and their callsign to others. This means that you can keep the live feed of the VKJOTAJOTI Pulse running at your site if you are hunting for contacts or looking to help someone else out.
3. Aggregated resources pulled together to support JOTA-JOTI operators in creating awesome JOTA-JOTI experiences through new and exciting activities or hints and tips to make your JOTA-JOTI event a success for all Scouting members.

There are also links to badge purchase facilities, depending on which Branch of Scouting your are a part of.
